The only
hassle
I had with the room was that the batteries in the tv remote were dead but after a quick all to reception they sent a guy up in like 10 mins with replacement batteries.

hassle
free but that was only after waiting an hour to make sure the A/C was broke.

You also have to use your room key to select your floor so that is a
hassle
trying to get floor selected and for a couple of days one elevator just wouldn't select our floor so one time had to go to 16 and walk down one floor.
