1. We were told this was the policy but it was inconvenient as we were locked out.

Anyway, it took about 30 minutes for them to bring a cot, and they said we could change rooms the next day, however it would have been quite inconvenient to not have access to our 'stuff' for 5 hours when traveling with a child, and we liked the room location (18th floor and end of the hall, away from elevators) so we figured we would stay put in case we got a noisy room in exchange for this one, and didn't want our stuff held hostage over and over until we were satisfied.

5. - Fast elevatorsCons- Guest check in experience was the worst I have ever had in Hawaii in seven visits to the islands- In particular, many of the desk staff (except one I think by the name of Janette - the youngest it seemed) had the attitude that you were an inconvenience.
