1. The bathroom is appallingly bad, and sport broken floor tiles, moldy caulking around everything, and a sloppy paint job.

2. We stayed in april 2012 in a Junior Suite, very tired and outdated, the photos look great, the reality is the room was old, chipped worn out furniture, worn out (and broken) sofa bed, small grubby and outdated bathroom.

8. The door to the lanai was broken and we couldn't lock it, the phone wasn't working when we got there so I had to go down to the front desk to ask for valet to get my car (but they did fix the phone).
