6. I do highly recommend this hotel, the slight downside is that you are the last hotel on waikiki beach and most of the restaurants/shopping is a 5/10 minute walk away, but in the cool evening this is a real pleasure - not so in the middle of the day.

7. The one downside to having this view was a strange, fairly loud wind tunnel sound emitted from the ventilation system of the building across the street.

9. The one downside to having a room facing northwest, they have live music at their Tiki restaurant and if you try to get an early night sleep, it can be difficult.
