1. The bus stop and Trolley stop is outside the hotel and not very expensive, the ding ding of the trolley buses do tend to disturb any mid day siesta's or lay ins but you soon get used to them and who wants to waste a moment in such a fabulous location as this.

2. We were on the 6th floor just above the bar and we were not disturbed by the bar entertainment at night as this finished by midnight anyway, it was much cheaper to sit on the balcony enjoying the entertainment drinking our own drinks.

5. The only precaution is that the attached Tiki Bar has live music which gets somewhat loud on some nights and can disturb some people who like to go to bed earlier with the window open -- so you may want to seek a room that is not close to that.

7. I read reviews complaining about the noise, but even though we were on the fifth fllor right in fron of the pool area, there was never such a disturbance, those lanai doors are quite soundproof.

8. My housekeeper was wonderful and cleaned my room really well and I didnt have any concerns about leaving things out in my room, even though she did keep knocking on the door or calling me when the do not disturb sign was on the door I didnt mind as she was really lovely to me.
