5. She wanted to know how many minutes had passed before I had called, to cancel, then she also wanted to know who I spoke to, and that he was wrong in telling me, 'if it was under 10 mins they should credit you, when it's only supposed to be under a minute.

7. I would definately pay slightly more for this room as opposed to the partial ocean view rooms - just make sure they don't put you in the wrong one.
