1. My husband and I ended up with two double beds rather than King size but the alternative room suggested was near the noisy street, so we declined.

2. Although this may be a little noisy, it was great to watch, and once the balcony doors were closed, the noise was minimal and finished quite early.

3. The third stay was through a weekend and we ended up in a room on the 2nd floor which was super noisy, you could hear all the street noise and noises from the hotel - not much sleep occured during this stay.

8. Make sure you ask for more ocean front or get a higher room for ocean view facing diamond head lower rooms definately are noisy.
