1. Despite specifying a king bed we received two twins but I didn't complain.

Ocean views are over rated how much time are you going to spend in your room anyway? i did pay for partial ocean view probably would not next time we stayed in Pacific tower over the pool and pool bar area no noise to complain about other than live music from 6-9pm but once that was over it was very quiet.

3. The only negatives we had were our room not being made up one day (after complaining at the desk it was done immediately), paper cups for our coffee (and one day we had to share one, it was all we got.

8. Cook your own meat, meat though was tough and fatty, did complain and waiter blamed my husband for cooking it bad though he grills at home all the time,never went back for dinner again.
