4. The only annoying thing I remember was some weird guy trying to sell us a timeshare in the lobby and also offered his personal cell number for 'surf lessons' so we didn't have to pay for them.

5. The private elevator was located in a little hidden away corner of the lobby next to the toilets which felt a bit weird when you were going up to the best rooms.

9. So does that mean I should have had my son get 1 towel for himself while I got a towel for my daughter and myself? I can understand that they don't want towels walking away but it was a weird inconvenience.

10. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, especially the valet parking crew who even test drove my rental to check out a weird noise it was making.
