1. Why do they take their chairs so early? Why do they force people out of the chairs they are sitting on? It just seemed rude to me.

5. The staff are so attentive and helpful unlike a lot of the other hotels in Waikiki (that we have tried and tested over the year), where the staff seem to take on the attitude of being ignorant and rude.
