1. This was a major problem due to the fact that 3 out of 4 of us had a tummy bug and were throwing up all night - made it incredibly hard for anyone to get any rest.

4. Unhappy with the service and knowing we had booked our other two stays with OROTB and not wanting a similiar problem in the future, my husband went back to the front desk and they apologized for what happened and upgraded our room.

5. Of course there were a few little hicups (a tiny problem with our one and only breakfast, etc) but nothing that changed my mind on my full marks rating - and I'm pretty fussy.

6. We never had any problem finding chairs around the pool, however be prepared to pay for shade if you want it at the beach.
