1. The only negative was the 'Shore Bird' restaurant(which I understand is not run by the Outrigger).

3. The only negatives we had were our room not being made up one day (after complaining at the desk it was done immediately), paper cups for our coffee (and one day we had to share one, it was all we got.

4. We've just returned from 5 nights at the Outrigger Reef and barring 1 or 2 small negatives (one mentioned by others) we loved every minute of our stay.

5. The only negative is that the Wyndam time share has a desk in the lobby which looks like a hotel activities desk.

9. The only negatives we had were on New Years Eve we decided to take advantage of our fantastic room and have a direct view of the fire works which were right in front of our room so we thought we would have room service on the balcony.
