1. Such a shame, because the staff seems eager to please and, while the room was worn (peeling wall paper; old furniture and TV), it was clean and comfortable.
"Such a shame: staff is friendly, but hotel is poorly run and maintained. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/1/2010 Vote
2. Just plain worn out, needs an overhaul.

3. Overall the hotel is just worn and beat up.

4. Doesn't Sheraton do inspections any more? Staff are untrained and indifferent -- nobody ever answers the phone at any of the extensions; housekeeping staff spend the day loudly talking on their cellphones and shouting down the hall at each other all afternoon (forget napping or resting after a long flight); furniture although updated within the last decade, is sort of tired and chipped; the desk chair is just one of those cheap stackable ballroom metal chairs with worn and stained fabric covering; the TV is an old tube thing from the '80's; and the bathrooms are 'sort of' wiped down but you'll still need to pick the hairs out of the sink and tub.
"Depends on the rate you get -- this is a lower-end Sheraton " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/2/2010 Vote
5. The fitness center had a lot of old and worn out equipment, which once might have been adequate but no longer.

7. My room had doorknobs on backwards, worn lampshades, dim bulbs, and a generally unkempt appearance.

10. We found the lobby to be very worn, the hallways to be frighteningly dark and dingy (one of my associates was a female traveler and refused to leave her room unless we knew when she was coming and going) and my room to be in bad need of a major remodeling.
"Talk about Inconsistent! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/4/2006 Vote
