1. Our room also had a seriously old TV (not flatscreen - not that that's an issue, but compared to a 'crappy' Days Inn, you'd think a city center Sheraton could do better) with maybe 20 channels on it, at least five of which were unwatchable hotel info, movie choice, or city info channels.

2. Maybe the wifi charge isn't an issue for people who can easily afford $400+ stays at nice hotels, but for a few younger people who're stretching their money to enjoy a classy New Years Eve, it was definitely an inconvenience.

9. Coming back to the issue of the rollaway bed: my wife re-re-confirmed that the rollaway bed would be delivered to our room a few days before my arrival (July 3rd).
