1. No towels and the towel bin was filthy and had dirty socks in it.

6. Our room had mismatched furniture, was missing an arm chair, the artwork was randomly placed on the wall so that it looked out of balance, there was a hole in the wall at the ceiling, various cables and plugs hung below the work station and the adjoining doors were scraped, dented and dirty.
