Staff are untrained and indifferent -- nobody ever answers the phone at any of the extensions; housekeeping staff spend the day loudly talking on their cellphones and shouting down the hall at each other all afternoon (forget napping or resting after a long flight); furniture although updated within the last decade, is sort of tired and chipped; the desk chair is just one of those cheap stackable ballroom metal chairs with worn and stained fabric covering; the TV is an old tube thing from the '80's; and the bathrooms are 'sort of' wiped down but you'll still need to pick the hairs out of the sink and tub.
