1. Only quibbles were: (1) no safe in room (only at front desk); (2) elevators were slow given the crowds; (3) fair amount of street noise even on the 15th floor.

5. )One other note - there are 20-some floors of this hotel and the elevator made everyone nauseous and it also was very slow.

6. There were six elevators but either only a couple of them worked or they were just reallly slow because each time we used the elevator, we had to wait about 15 minutes for it to come, and it was always packed.
