1. While it may not be the fault of the staff for insisting on blindly applying a policy, they did not offer to help solve the problem until I asked them to, and it is the management of this hotel that gave them absolutely no latitude to give my son a room, if even for a few hours so he could sleep until morning & we could get this all sorted out.

5. I checked into the Sheraton on Friday june 11th 2010, after an extremely long flight and delays and taxis from the airport i arrived at the Sheraton with my Girlfriend only to find a dirty sock in our bedsheets, i immediately went to the front desk to rectify the problem.
