1. The staff at the hotel were rude and every time that I had a question for either the front desk or the concierge, I felt like I was interrupting and bothering them.

8. One of the managers went so far as to rudely announce to a number of the wedding guests at breakfast (which the hotel begrudgingly offered free of charge) that she was going "above and beyond" and was clearly not happy about it.

9. The staff is rude (I was hung up on by the hotel operator for no reason, I wasn't being rude, just asking a question), the rooms are not cleaned ( the comforter had stains on it, I don't want to think about it, and there was a layer of dust an all the tables).
