1. after a few minute you would not smell it but when you come in it's tough- grocery shopping super limited around: only a smal organic supermarket 10 min walking distance.

2. Only small things:- pull-out bed was very 'springy': we just asked for more conforters and added this as padding under the sheet and our son slept perfectly- the rool really smell super humid and the windows would not open (but aircon worked fine).
