7. One reception staff was rude however when on departure we asked whether they sold stamps - she made a grunt as if we were troubling her, and when we then told her we needed to send a postcard internationally, she unpleasantly denied having any international stamps.

9. The room was kind of clean, the lights flickered, the air conditioning DID NOT WORK despite their 'motivation to fix it', the 'parking area' was a seedy ally behind the building, the staff was completely rude, the soda machine was broken, i was cheated on my bill.
