1. Hotel staff were friendly, efficient and helpful (although on check out the receptionist suggested I take a taxi to dulles airport, approx $70, when I could get a $6 bus from L'enfant plaza.

2. We caught the bus from dulles airport to the train, then the train took us right to the hotel, and that's also with our luggage.
