1. Several times we were asked 'just a minute' while a call was answered and this also happened to other guests who shared similar frustration with getting the full attention that a guest deserves when standing with a desk attendant.

3. Also, it is very difficult to make a reservation directly with the front desk/reservation; the outside service can rarely answer any questions - frustrating.

5. Anyway there ended up being no where to park, we were tired and frustrated, so the guy running the front desk just told us to leave it in the loading zone and the valet would park it later.
