1. In returning to DC I will have a difficult time staying anywhere else as I can't put a price on the location and safety for this hotel.

2. The hotel is a bit difficult to spot as it is pretty much on the corner of a residential block and we had to circle a few times before we could pull in to check-in and unload the car.
