1. As for the room, I didn't find the adjustable bed to be particularly comfortable at various settings (but not prohibitively uncomfortable), and I didn't like the pillows; a flyer says they give us all types of pillows but they weren't in the room, so perhaps if I had asked it could have been remedied.
