1. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't offer to help assist with the parking issue in terms of transporting luggage or parking refund or discounted stay, or whatever is customary when guests are inconvenienced in this way.

4. The man who took our bags took it upon himself to organize a town car and was visually disappointed that we did not take the town car he organized (at $80) as the taxi driver said it would cost only $45.
