9. The Hilton is advertising this property as 'full service' but it's not; it's a Garden Inn--serviceable rooms, hot shower, thin towels and fairly comfortable beds (which can be adjusted to 'soft' or 'hard') but do not expect advice on anything other than how to get to the Mall.
