4. Don't you think that should be something that should be checked routinely by the cleaning staff at a hotel like a Hilton? The lighting for reading was rather poor if you wanted to read in bed.

I have stayed at other Hilton Garden Inns and never have run into so many problems or poor quality issues:-- waitresses (2 different ones) in the restaurant who could never get our order straight, or who kept forgetting to bring our drinks-- the slowest internet connection that I have had in any hotel, except for dial-up.
