1. The manager had an "independent" inspector go over the room the next day, and the manager gave me a copy of a report stating that the room was not affected by bed bugs.

2. We reported this to the manager, Brian Reymann, after first looking up the bed bug registry on Google and finding that this hotel had been reported on 7 prior occasions.

5. Could you kndly call me at (202) 521-1648? This is a very serious charge and I would appreciate further detail, such as the room in which you found the possible "bed bug molts".
