1. The staff is amazing - Eddie at the front desk kept me in stitches the entire time we were there -- he even ridiculed me jokingly about my obsession for maps -- Mark the Valet was such a nice guy - the entire staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating but these 2 gentlemen really stood out.

2. The bad news about the room--it was narrow and undersized, had a lovely view of an air shaft where you couldn't even see the sky, had NO cell phone reception, and had a budget flat screen television with a ridiculously undulating volume that surely disturbed neighboring rooms.
