1. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't offer to help assist with the parking issue in terms of transporting luggage or parking refund or discounted stay, or whatever is customary when guests are inconvenienced in this way.

3. Unless you find homeless people disconcerting, there are quite a few in the area, but we didn't have any issue with it, it's pretty standard for a downtown area.

4. Only issue was that our airport wasn't near the metro or else we would have been able to get to the hotel in minutes.
