7. The best part of the hotel experience was the staff; the valets/doorman were very helpful and friendly and the concierge was one of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met at a hotel.

10. After driving 6 hours through pouring rain complete with rolled-over tractor trailers and detours, I was happy to have our college-dorm laden car wisked off by valet attendent.
