1. After receiving halfhearted help in the spa I was told that they could not handle any room charges and after returning to my room for cash I was locked out of the elevator.

8. I was a bit nervous going down to a spa with a child, but there were other families there and the spa employees were friendly, and happy to have guests swimming.

9. A few little slip ups (room service was late once but promptly fixed the issue once called) The parents that allowed the kids run like they were in a water park in the SPA POOL should be shot.
