5. Our room was outstanding and clean, and the staff went out of their way to meet our requests for new pillows, a fresh duvet (did I mention I am very picky) to heating up water for us, and delivering the kids milk and cookes before bedtime.

7. if it wasn't the bellman trying to hustle my wife along with another cab driver where they have a special relationship with or waiting 2hours for pillows or the overflowing toliet from above our room or replacing the drywall nextdoor or the family with the teenage daughter screaming bloody murder or the manager hanging up on me when I complained.

8. Also, they didn't replenish the coffee each day, there was stagnent water in the ice bucket when we arrived, they left pillows on the floor after making up the bed, and I accidently broke a coffee cup which they never replaced.
