1. Check in was a breeze & we opted for the valet parking for a few extra dollars $34 a night no hassle there.

4. Staff was incredibly welcoming from the minute we checked our car into valet parking ($37/day, steep but very worth it) as well as the front desk and any requests we might have had (bedding for the pullout sofa bed for my daughter).
