1. It was a huge inconvenience not to have wireless Internet access in the room.

2. All the staff I met were professional and friendly, the room was always cleaned and stocked with the necessary towels, etc and the free WiFi worked perfectly.

4. Finally got into my room around 8:30pm only to find out that there is no wireless internet above the first floor of the hotel and they did not have any LAN cables, lucky for me I had a wireless Sprint card with me or I would not have been able to get internet access.

8. 3 of 4 elevators were out of service, the in-room wifi does NOT work and the lobby wifi is spotty, in-room safe does not work, maid service is poor with no towels given unless you call down to the front desk, coffee not replenished, no ice bucket in room, light bulbs missing, etc. Staff friendly but not could not do simple things like fix non-functional sink stopper.
