2. The keys for hotel services were broken on the telephone (I assume the staff on the front desk do not want to be disturbed by guests calling for help) & the in-room safety box did not work so we had to keep our cases locked at all times.

3. Housekeeping did pick up your dirty towels but you had to go to the front desk and get clean ones after they were washed and you had to get there as soon as they came out of the dryer or you might not get one.
