1. We packed our own towels, coffee, cleaning products, sheets, etc. just in case it was as awful as people on this website made it sound.

6. Dirty sheets, dirty room, lamps don't work, phone missing buttons, no breakfast as advertised, ice machines don't work, very small rooms, desk help does not help but do have a hell of an attitude.

10. One of the two queen beds had dirty, spotted sheets on it when we arrived and it took three hours and several requests (call to front desk, spoke directly to house keeping staff and a personal request at the front desk) to get it sorted.
