3. The staff let me use my blackberry to get a cheaper rate for a room on Expedia than they could offer at walk-in, and then the check-in process was simple using that confirmation number.

4. Very good location; on the streetcar route, one block from Canal St and walking distance to the Quarter and a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. We booked on Expedia and got a great rate.
