3. The bathroom had been updated with granite tub surround and vanity top so it was appealing, however, the kleenex holder was a hole in the wall with no cover and toilet paper texture could only be compared to corn cobs.

7. I arrived to a dirty tub, no shower curtain (although we did get one when requested), only one operational elevator (out of three), phone didn't work, broken iron, keycard didn't work most of the time.
