On the 2nd day, they lied to us about the situation (promised to take care of things) but by the 3rd day we knew that it was a management decision to only 'service the checkouts and not the stayovers'There was no manager or supervisor on duty and everyone you spoke to did not have any authority to fix anything.

8. The manager was in a room behind the desk and I would ask a question and the person would take the question to the manager and bring back the answer.
