1. Appropriate maid service was provided the second two days I was there, and the front desk staff was very pleasant, which is the only reason this hotel gets rated as 'poor' rather than 'terrible.

4. 3 of 4 elevators were out of service, the in-room wifi does NOT work and the lobby wifi is spotty, in-room safe does not work, maid service is poor with no towels given unless you call down to the front desk, coffee not replenished, no ice bucket in room, light bulbs missing, etc. Staff friendly but not could not do simple things like fix non-functional sink stopper.

5. Cons (many):- No microwave in rooms, no small fridge- very small rooms (felt claustrophobic), no closet space, could hear people in next room- maid service worst ive seen.
