1. I usually take my own towels so that wasn't an issue either, I do use the hotel towels to line the shower and floor of the bathroom and when ever I needed more, housekeeping were prompt:) One night the toilet got stopped up, called down and maintenance was there in 3 mins:) The view wasn't an issue either because my blinds stayed closed because me and hubby were never in the room (only to sleep) Also, the rooms were always cleaned upon our arrival:) And the bar next door never kept me up, didnt reslize it existed until a day later:)The only reason I didn't give all 5's is because when I booked I was told free bfast.
