1. Instead of replacing our two used bath towels like they were asked to do, they simply took one away, so we were left with one used towel.

6. After about three hours of waiting,they went downstairs to get the needed linens (we needed to get the girls through baths and in bed and it was after 10) and were told they could not get these at the desk -they had to be delivered to the room.
