1. This hotel has beautifully appointed rooms, an amazing location, and some rooms even have great view of the commons.

9. As far as prices go, the last time we stayed here our room was $250 and we got a large suite overlooking the public garden; that kind of price just doesn't exist anywhere else (although the Eliot Hotel is also very reasonable and nice, sans the view).
