2. After speaking with a second person, he apologized and did acknowledge that it happens sometimes and some guests don't mind paying the 250 room charge to have the convenience of smoking in their rooms.

4. They have a pillow delivery service where you can pick the style of pillow you want (free of charge!) This location is truly to die for, too.

6. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that for a 5 star hotel the rooms weren't the carpets needed to be either cleaned or replaced, as far as what to watch on TV not much to choose from and for the price you pay per night they should offer free wifi not charge you per day.
