4. The shower did not work, but I mentioned it to the front desk upon checkout and they eagerly assured me that it would be taken care of promptly.

5. The front desk staff incompetent, at least in my case - I requested the invoice when I paid for my stay upon the checkout, and they gave me one with the name of the entinty which booked my stay there.

9. Upon checkout there was an issue with not being credited for one night free due to my use of rewards points, and the man at the desk quickly credited me for the night.
