1. When I explained that the situation was making us late for dinner, the manager said I don't see how this bedding issue has anything to do with your lack of preparedness time.

7. It took me five minutes to persuade the front desk lady to talk to her manager, and eventually they agreed to put the name of my firm in the invoice, but only next to the name of the booking entity.
