1. Drove up to the valet, friendly greeting from the valet, a manager walked out to greet us (nice touch, I only usually get that at 5* hotels), friendly chat with the manager for a moment, then the manager escorted us over to check-in.

3. The hotel had friendly valets that had my car ready when I asked with no waiting; the price was a little high but the service was good so it's hard for me to complain about that.

4. Knowing that the hotel does not have a self park option, and the fact that their valet is $26 per night we choose to use the convenient city garage for $11 per 24 hours.

8. Valet was friendly, the front desk polite and helpful, and if your timing is good, you might see a basket of complimentary and HUGE choco-chip cookies next to the entrance to the concession center.

10. The only sub-standard points are that the parking is either street or valet (no self or free parking) and the TVs are still old tube (which isn't bad, but even the channels are bland).
