Ok, the good, the bad, and the ugly:goodpool is great but crowded - a lot of funroom was awesome and quiet despite being near a highwaythe bell captains were amazing!badsome of the staff had attitudes; no concierge for most of the stay (and this is a huge hotel and very busy at certain times)the female bartender at the pool was really strange - it was almost as if she was trying to start arguments with everyone who wanted a drinksome of the guys at the front door were not helpful internet was very expensivegenerally very expensiveuglydid not handle unruly guests promptly.
